Do I have to rebuild everything?

No. Most of the time the right move is fixing what you already have. If a piece works, we keep it. If it leaks, we replace it. You won't pay for a teardown you don't need.

Can't I just use Squarespace or Wix myself?

You can. But a template can't study your market for you. I research your business and your competitors so your site is built to put you ahead, not just match what everyone else in town already has.
